Start with your numbers

Your revenue scenario

Potential additional monthly revenue

$1,125

$13,500 over 12 months if the same assumptions hold.

10 cold inquiries per month.
$4,500 in estimated monthly revenue at risk.

Recovering 25% gives an expected 0.75 additional won jobs per month.

A planning estimate, not guaranteed sales, profit, or savings. Fractional jobs are expected averages. Some inquiries would never become customers.

Test the workflow behind the estimate

Capture an inquiry, offer a booking time, and follow up by email. Use your actual results to judge whether the workflow helps your business.

How the calculator works

Revenue at risk = monthly inquiries × cold-inquiry percentage × would-be job win rate × average job revenue.

Potential additional revenue = revenue at risk × the portion of cold inquiries you assume you could recover. The annual scenario is 12 times the monthly result.

For the example above: 40 × 25% × 30% × $1,500 = $4,500 at risk. Recovering 25% of those opportunities produces a $1,125 monthly scenario. The calculator does not assume that buying software will produce this outcome.

Find the leak before adding more ad spend

  1. Review your recent inquiries. Separate out-of-area or unsuitable requests from suitable inquiries that stalled without a clear reply or next step.
  2. Track the next action. Record who will respond, when they will follow up, and whether the customer booked, declined, or opted out.
  3. Compare actual outcomes. Use your real bookings and won jobs to refine the win-rate assumption. Don’t treat every appointment as a completed sale.

Questions about the estimate

Is this lost profit?

No. It estimates potential gross revenue. Job costs, software costs, taxes, cancellations, and your capacity are not deducted.

What if I do not know my percentages?

Start with a clearly labeled guess, then review recent requests and update it. The output is only as useful as your assumptions.

Does this send my numbers to Booked Work Pro?

No. Calculations happen in your browser. Website measurement can record that the tool was used or a link was clicked; calculator input values are not included.
