Plain-language privacy notice
We collect only what helps deliver and improve the service.
This notice explains what BookedWork Pro collects, why it is used, and the choices available to contractors, their team members, and website visitors.
Information you provide
Account and trial details, contact information, company information, lead and appointment details, plan choices, support messages, and optional communication permissions.
Information created by use
Login and security events, first-party visitor identifiers, referring source, campaign labels, pages viewed, signup screens, accepted setup submissions, validation errors, visible screen time, trial outcomes, billing outcomes, demo activity, inquiry submissions, appointments, and feature usage. Anonymous browsing history may be linked to your account when you sign up or sign in. We do not record passwords, verification codes, form contents, or keystrokes in analytics.
Why we use it
To provide secure accounts, capture and organize leads, send approved notices, support customers, prevent abuse, measure performance, and improve BookedWork Pro.
Who receives it
Service providers help operate BookedWork Pro. When advertising tracking is on, Meta receives permitted public video impressions, playback milestones, video-related button clicks, page views, competitor-report page engagement, sample clicks, form-start and accepted report-request events, and limited conversion events (pricing views, completed launch-notification signups, trial creation, verified registration, checkout starts, and confirmed positive subscription payments) for measurement and retargeting. We do not send form contents.
FREE competitor report requests
When you request a report, we save your business name, public website, U.S. service area, email, suggested competitors, request permission and referring campaign labels. We use these details to research and deliver your report and communicate about that request. Optional product emails require a separate choice; requesting a report does not create a trial or subscription. Reviewed reports use private download links; anyone you share that link with can open the report. Requests and reports are accessible to authorized BWP operators. To request correction or deletion, email [email protected].
Account separation and retention
Each contractor account is logically separated inside the application. Plan limits control lead history, users, and calendar connections. Operational records may be retained as needed for security, billing, legal obligations, backups, and dispute resolution.
Google Calendar data: access and use
When an account owner connects Google Calendar, BookedWork Pro uses the authorized calendar to check busy time and create contractor appointments. We process calendar availability, the connected calendar identifier, appointment event identifiers, and OAuth access and refresh tokens. Busy-time responses are processed to calculate availability rather than saved as a copy of your calendar. Appointment records and their Google event identifiers are retained in your contractor account. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or retargeting, sell it, or use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
How we protect Google user data
Connections to Google OAuth and Calendar APIs use HTTPS encryption in transit. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage in our application database using authenticated encryption. Calendar connections and appointment records are restricted by account-level authorization; connecting or disconnecting a calendar requires the account owner. State validation protects the Google authorization callback, and authenticated changes use request-verification controls. Infrastructure service providers process stored data to host and operate BookedWork Pro, not for their own advertising. We do not claim that every operational database field is separately encrypted by the application.
Google data retention and deletion
We retain encrypted authorization tokens while your calendar connection is active so the service can check availability and synchronize appointments. Using Disconnect in your account calendar settings stops further use of that connection and clears its stored access and refresh tokens, calendar identifier, expiry, and connection error fields from the active database. You can also revoke BookedWork Pro access through your Google Account third-party connection settings. Revoking access at Google stops authorization but does not itself delete existing BookedWork Pro appointment records or calendar events already created in your Google account.
Appointment records and associated Google event identifiers are retained while needed to provide your account history and service. To request deletion of Google-related or account data, email [email protected] or use the signed-in account privacy-request page and choose Deletion. Requests undergo identity and account-ownership review; submitting a request is not instant account deletion. We remove data no longer needed following a verified deletion request, subject to records needed for security, billing, disputes, or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle expires; deletion from the active database is not a claim of immediate erasure from every backup. Events already stored in Google Calendar remain under your control and can be deleted there.
Mobile and SMS information
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Homeowner appointment consent covers only appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders. A separate contractor-prospect consent may cover free setup help, demo or trial updates, practical lead-conversion tips, and occasional BookedWork Pro offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your Privacy Choices
For U.S. visitors, Meta Pixel may record page views and pricing views for ad measurement and retargeting. When advertising tracking is allowed, public video impressions, playback milestones, and related button clicks may also be shared with Meta and a configured Google tag. We do not share watch-by-watch visitor identities from YouTube itself. When enabled, server-side conversion delivery shares permitted Meta browser identifiers with trial creation, verified registration, checkout start, and confirmed paid conversion events, including payment value and currency. Advertising identifiers are retained for up to 180 days; opt-out stops pending delivery. Turn it off below at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control. Where location cannot be verified or advance consent is required, the Pixel stays off until you allow it. We do not send form answers, contact details, or message contents to Meta.
Historical launch-notification subscriptions are retained under the email permissions subscribers chose.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing messages, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, use a free demo without providing personal information, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information when applicable. Email [email protected] for a privacy request.
