Terms for using BookedWork Pro

These terms explain the basic rules for trials, subscriptions, accounts, customer information, messaging, and cancellation.

Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials private, and use the service lawfully for your own contractor business. Do not probe security, interfere with the service, send unlawful messages, or upload information you lack permission to use.

Trials and subscriptions

The free demo requires no signup. A stated FREE trial ends on its displayed date. Paid plans renew automatically at the shown interval until canceled. The account owner is responsible for plan selection and authorized charges.

Plan changes and cancellation

Plans may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled through the secure billing portal when active. Downgrades may require usage to fall within the lower plan’s limits. Cancellation stops future renewals; see Support & Billing for the refund process.

Contractor responsibility

The contractor controls its customer relationships, appointments, estimates, workmanship, legal compliance, and the accuracy of messages it sends. BookedWork Pro does not perform contracting work or guarantee that a lead becomes a job.

Contractor FREE trial texts

If a contractor prospect actively checks the optional SMS box, BookedWork Pro may send setup help, trial updates, practical lead-conversion tips, and occasional offers. These may be automated marketing texts. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Optional Pro SMS test

If you separately check the SMS test consent box and request a test, BookedWork Pro sends one test text to your own phone number per request. This permission does not enroll you in marketing texts and is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Homeowner appointment texts

A separate optional checkbox covers appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and helpful reminders from the named contractor. Appointment permission does not enroll a homeowner in BookedWork Pro product marketing.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available, but internet services may experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, BookedWork Pro is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or specific sales results, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
