ONE LINK / MANY WAYS TO BE FOUND
Copy it. Add it. Let customers use it. Your BWP dashboard provides a link to your customer request form. Customers can describe the project, share their contact details and choose an available appointment when one is offered. Submitted requests appear in My leads.
Email follow-ups depend on your plan and the customer's permission. A request is not automatically a quoted or won job.
Paste your dashboard link above and create the kit. We add a simple source label for each placement so submitted requests can carry that source into BWP. Test your own link before publishing. This records request attribution, not every off-site impression.
Your links appear here after you create the kit.
Use these with a customer who asked about your services. Review the latest reply and booking state before sending. Stop after a reply, booking, decline or opt-out; do not send all three at once.
Create your marketing kit to personalize the messages.
Choose a specific service and a territory you can serve. Keep the headline readable, the contact method obvious and the next step simple. Describe your actual work rather than adding unsupported badges, guarantees or “best in town” claims.
Give each distribution a distinct tracked booking or landing-page link—for example, one for a neighborhood flyer and another for a local event. If you use UTM tags, use campaign labels rather than customer names or personal information. Record qualified inquiries, estimate visits and won jobs separately.
Ask whether they need scope clarified or whether timing changed. A reply is a cue for a real conversation. It is not a reason to keep sending the same reminder.
Nothing. It creates files and copy for your own process. It does not send emails, post to social accounts or change your campaigns.
The designs and message wording are original. The FTC's advertising guidance for small businesses explains the importance of truthful, supported advertising. Use authentic project photos with permission when extending these materials.
